How to identify keywords - tags in a list of strings?

Good afternoon. I'm scratching my head over solving this problem.
There is a table with a video where the names are as follows:
Need for Speed Rivals (Dubstep)
Parrot dancing dubstep
Mortal Kombat X-Ray and Fatality [dubstep]
Dubstep Cats Slow Motion
I.e. the titles contain a common key - dubstep. There are thousands of videos in the tables, and the keys can consist of several words. As I understand it, you need to look for the maximum number of occurrences of keys. Is there a ready-made algorithm? How do I determine such keys from an array of strings to compose tags? Toolkit - php/mysql.

I'm not sure about full automation without human intervention due to the difficulty of automatically creating a dictionary of tags, however, manually it is possible to compile a list of tags for later recognition when parsing name strings. In addition to many "algorithms", a person also has a huge dictionary, which is constantly updated.
PS
I can imagine what the Toaster would have turned into if the algorithm itself performed the categorization of topics.
