The task is to prevent users from entering frankly fake names or surnames, such as DFGADF, ASDFASDF, AAAAA, ZZZZ, SDFGDG.
Are there any algorithms or dictionaries that allow you to determine those?

You can look for dictionaries, these are not bad, but small .
You can create your own database: sort through, for example, the vk database , take the names from there.

But these are all just names, it does not solve the issue of surnames. In addition, there may be foreign names and surnames, so you can’t solve the problem with dictionaries.
