How to host your files, in fact, without hosting?

Hello. I have, in fact, 1 page of everything on the site, and it needs to be accessed as quickly as possible and as indestructible as possible. I thought about CDN, everything is perfect, but it depends on the host of the site, in terms of if it crashes, then the site will still not load, and if it does, it will write that this is a saved version.
Maybe there are services that will upload my files to the same CDN and distribute them, without hosting the site (for example, files manually, there is only 1 file, weighing 50kb)?

Now is the best project deployment system in existence today when considering factors such as simplicity, reliability and functionality. It is great for a variety of situations and scales well as project needs grow. And by the way, it's free as long as you don't need its scaling capabilities.
