How to host a vue.js project?

Good day to all. I'm new to Web development, so please don't judge my question too harshly.
I made the layout, added vue.js to it, uploaded the work to the hosting (000webhost.com). Apparently the hosting does not accept the vue.js file and incorrectly displays elements related to vue. Please tell me how to fix this?
(Earlier posted the same layout without vue on pure js and everything worked fine)

And how did the project generate? If vue-cli then run npm run build and then host the contents of the dist folder.

Do you need node.js hosting or is it not important?
