How to host a static site on Heroku?

I did not find it on the Internet.
I added files, committed, and git push heroku master, but it doesn't show on the site.
How to solve this problem?

Try to go to personal apps - deploy, check if you have a link to heroku at all, and then - if there is a link - just press the deploy button and you're done, if not - push to github, link github and deploy from it.
