How to hook up php as command line interpreter in Visual Studio Code?

Good evening, please tell me, is it possible somehow to fasten php as a command line interpreter in the Visial Studio Code editor so that the result of the script execution is executed without a server and displayed in the VS Code editor itself? Here, using an example, they somehow screwed such an output in Notepad ++. If this is possible in vscode, please tell me how to do it as well.
