how to hire a freelance artist?
from my experience in the company I know that the work of an artist is creative and multi-stage
- a prototype sketch is made
- then it is painted
- it is repeatedly agreed with the client and redone
, weeks are spent on this,
but here the artist is on a salary,
but how to work with a freelance artist who promises results for 1,2 or 5 days?

Either you agree on an hourly payment and receive unlimited edits and rework at your own expense, or a fixed payment with a clearly defined task and a certain number of edits strictly within it.
