How to highlight files in Total Commander by file size difference?

There are a large number of files on the server, on the local computer the same files with the same name and the same date, but optimized for weight (lighter). You need to somehow select files that differ in weight and overwrite only them.
I downloaded all the available images from the site (about 12 thousand), made them easier with the help of a special utility and tried to upload everything back with overwriting. At some stage, the download was interrupted - some of the files were updated, and some remained in the same weight. I would like not to re-upload everything again, but only those files that differ in weight.
I would be grateful if someone could suggest a solution.
