How to hide the server?

There is a server that is in France, but the abuses have already tortured me, I want to take vds and anti-abuse and do all the redirection through it, I want to raise bind on it and hide dns and change the ip of the original server there? Will this help hide the main server or do I need to do something else? and what parameters are enough for vds? What virtualization is better to take?

I'm not an admin, but nevertheless, as I understand it:
If you raise your dns to vds, the client will still receive the ip of the final server.
If you raise some kind of proxy on the vds - you can hide the ip of the actual server, but the abuse will already be poured onto the vds.
The last method is better than raising vds with proxies much faster and easier than a combat server)
