How to hide Process Monitor if the game is checking RAM?

You need to find out what the game records, and even more importantly where exactly it records.
The game itself was protected from Process Monitor and when the game starts, it says that the program needs to be closed and unloaded memory.
After closing the program, at startup, the game gives the same thing, which looks like the truth.
How can this be bypassed?
