How to hide one account from another in Windows?

Tell me how to hide the built-in Administrator account from the second user with administrator rights?
I understand that you can cut the rights to this user, you can disable / enable the built-in account in "User Management" when necessary and all that - but this is not an option. It is necessary that at any time you can enter it without turning it off, but so that the second user does not know anything about it.

No way.
The presence of administrator rights allows you to change rights, add and edit users.
Administrator (Superadmin) account?
There are no super admins. There is an account with administrator rights. Only.

Create a DWORD value in the registry along the path
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList]
"SuperAdmin"=dword:00000000
where superadmin is the name of the desired user. It will disappear from the login screen.
