You need to hide this with a tag <noindex>. I put it in the header, nothing changes, I put it in the m-account file, nothing happens either. I can't figure out where to put it. Robots has to disallow these directories

Well, it won’t change right away - it takes time for the data to be updated. Put the site on re-crawl.
I can also advise you to finish these lines with js - as practice has shown (see on vc.ru) while there are problems with indexing such dynamics => they can be turned into a solution.
