How to hide banner from adblock?

They posted a banner on the main page, a regular picture with a link, themselves, without Yandex directs, and other Google adwords. Adblock mercilessly removes it, how to get around it? what can be done about it and how to deal with it, we are not against adblock, but not when it cuts important advertising posted by ourselves.

If you use words in the name of the image/directory:
reklama, banner, tizer, adv, ban, etc.
then rename. Perhaps it will help.

Remove consecutive letters "ad" from the image URL.
With this, it comes to the ridiculous - on fox-fans, ABP stubbornly cuts the picture "american_dAD.jpg" (AD highlighted so that you can see why).
