Depends on what you mean by "hide the process".
In fact, you can't hide a process. It will be possible to see it in the console in any case. However, there may be programs that can hide the window itself. But I highly doubt it.

Obviously, this requires a rootkit. Just trying to download such a thing somewhere you will inevitably download a Trojan. You can hide everything, processes, files, registry keys, all these are just lists of structures transmitted by the OS to programs and they can be slightly corrected.
