But something can not be done. I don't understand the 1st point.

What is not clear there? Create a file in the root of the site, say offsitemap.php and copy the specified code into it. Then go to yoursite/offsitemap.php

The file deletes the sitemap update when the IB changes.
Although I do not think this is a good idea, if your project does not have hundreds of thousands of IS elements updated daily.
