How to hang onchange for array objects?

I have a nested object, there are two fields (unitDirection, unitText) in the array objects that I need to hang onchange on, I don’t understand how to do it, how to write a function so that the value changes when clicked, it’s deeply nested, so I don’t understand how to write this logic
