How to hang a piece of code on a key combination?

Recently, I often have to insert monotonous short pieces of code. Starting from "<?php echo ?>" and ending with several rgb options. I am using PHPStorm. How can I use the IDE or a third-party program to hang up the insertion of certain text on hot keys?

pieces of code are called snippets, search for this word
