How to guess device type by mac address?

Hello community!
I ask for help in the task: there is a small list in the form of a bunch of hostname + mac-address.
The goal is to guess/recognize that it is a smartphone (any manufacturer and model).
Immediately there is, for example, the base https://gitlab.com/wireshark/wireshark/-/raw/maste...
but there is only a manufacturer.
Accordingly, even if conditional huawei is determined by mac, then it is not at all clear whether it is a TV, a laptop or something else.
Are there any bases of mac-addresses, their masks, by which you can understand that this is a smartphone? Perhaps there is another solution.

No.
MAC addresses are assigned from a pool issued by the manufacturer and do not depend on the type of device.

It's impossible. MAC address is a unique address for a link layer protocol. It only determines the route where to send packets over, roughly speaking, the cable.

The simplest thing you can do is send yourself by mail (not electronic) your logos, designs, etc. printed on paper (you can also use a flash drive or CD if you wish). At the post office, your letter will be stamped with the date of sending and that's it. As soon as your competitors start licking off your design, go ahead and challenge your copyrights (just don't open the letter before the trial). This is if it's really cheap.

Print it out on paper and take it to the notary, where the date and signature are put. The most reliable and relatively inexpensive.

Register a domain - if it's cheap.
Next comes the media, about 15,000 (plus / minus), and the Trademark, from 30,000
