How to group repositories by folders on github or...?

Let's say I have 100 repositories in my github account.
Can I group my repositories by folders/categories on github? Can this be done on other services like bitbucket or gitlab?

There are organizations on GitHub.
BitBucket has teams (teams) - an analogue of organizations, plus there are projects that can contain a bunch of repositories.
I haven't used GitLab for a long time, I don't know.
