How to group programs in Windows 10?

In android, ayos, poppy, ubuntu there is one awesome feature - grouping programs. I can take all the browsers, put them in a group, and if I need to open any, then I just go to the browser group, see them all in one place, select the one I need and open it, without searching and pinning it to the taskbar. But I haven’t used Windows for a long time and I don’t know if there is any such thing there. Sometimes it can be difficult to remember this or that program by just one name, because knowledge is stored not only in the head, but also in the world around. In general, how can programs be grouped in Win10?

Click on the Start button and there you will see that program shortcuts can be grouped by simple drag and drop. Such a banal thing that it will be necessary to look for another reason to tell the public why "I haven't used it for a long time."
