How to give the router an external IP?

Hello! I purchased an ASUS RT-N11P router, connected it with a cable from Sercomm RV6699. The ASUS router has an IP of 192.168.1.X, and I need it to have an external ip (the provider's router and 2ip.ru show the same ip, so the provider allocates, there are no problems with this). The router is connected via fiber optic, is it possible to do without a call to the provider?

What's with the ISP's router? The IP must be allocated to you. Provider. So you can at least prescribe something to yourself - it doesn't matter how you had 192.168.1.x - it will remain so.
External IP service may come at a cost - especially in light of the ending IPv4 space.

Apparently, everything is not much simpler, the provider gave you statics, but you need to write rules on the router, what can be seen from the external network and what is not. Set up forward and if you have a really white address, then you can get from outside to an internal resource.
