How to give _partition_ of a disk to raw access for VMWare Player or similar?
The HDD is split into two partitions. On one Mac OS X on the second Ubuntu.
I would like to be able to work with both without being overloaded.
I start from a Mac - I can run Ubuntu. I start with Ubuntu - I can run a Mac.
That is, actually transfer the partition to raw access, but so that VMWare Player (or something else) sees the partition as a disk.

It's in the virtual settings. In VmWare 100% because I once used it, in Xen too, because I used it for a long time, I just don’t remember if there is such a thing in VirtualBox.
