Hello. I install the program via windows installer(.msi) on behalf of the administrator, but during installation, an error pops up error 1310. Error writing to file: msvcr80d.dll Verify that you have access to that directory . But it costs full access for administrators.

It looks like the file is already there and in use, so the system cannot access it.

For msi, there is no run as administrator, they themselves request elevation of rights, if it is of course there.
Does this mean UAC is off?
