Since I am not a legal entity, in order to be able to pay for goods (virtual, downloadable), a private payment plugin for Yandex Wallet Bank was purchased. cards or with Yandex money. At the moment of purchasing and setting up the plugin, everything worked fine - orders were placed, money was received, the client received a download link on the site, a duplicate by email. A week later I decided to check the payment - it does not work. Orders are placed, money is received, but in the admin panel the order hangs in the “waiting for payment” status, so the client does not redirect to the thank you page, and he does not receive the goods until I manually change the status to “completed”. What could happen in a week - I do not know. The plugin settings in Yandex are correct, according to the instructions, the more everything worked. Personally, I was mainly engaged in adding content,
Wrote in support of hosting: “the data with your account has not changed, requests from Yandex are coming, please contact Yandex” Wrote in support of Yandex “we checked your payments for 25.04, notifications are received on the site, but it returns an error 503 http status, problems on your side, check the handler settings and server logs" wrote to the plugin developer "the plugin is working fine, it has no problems, most likely there are no problems on the server, look at the server error logs."
