Hello. The task is to replenish mobile numbers using Yandex api. As far as I understood from their docks, "payment-p2p" is responsible for this - "The ability to transfer funds to any accounts, phone numbers, email addresses of other users." However, by connecting it and sending a request to replenish the mobile ( https://tech.yandex.ru/money/doc/dg/reference/requ... item Input parameters for payment for cellular communication), I get the error "Scope error. Obtain new access_token from userwith extended scope". What is the problem?
