How to get windows 10 updates bypassing the domain?

At work, the computer (win 10 corp / pro) is entered into the domain. Domain settings and Windows updates are available only for XP and win7. Accordingly, win10 also tuned in to the local wsus, on which there is nothing for it. How can (through the registry or how) specify the system regular update servers via the Internet, and not local ones, without removing them from the domain?
Do not suggest changing domain settings :)
ps for some reason, the request NOT to offer to remake the domain settings does not bother anyone. I am NOT the administrator of this domain, it is located in another city and is administered by other people (I am only in a small branch and do not have the slightest access to it). we do not officially use win 10 at work and therefore we will NOT have changes to wsus in the near future. it's not my whim! I'm only interested in the top ten myself and work on it, since the domain itself and most of the settings it normally accepts like win 7

wsus, which has nothing for it.
Report this to the WSUS administrator. You must enable the appropriate update category for synchronization.
Or download their Microsoft Update Catalog . Since Windows 10 releases one cumulative update per month (rarely, a security update, separate - but included in the next cumulative), this will not cause much trouble.
Windows 10 update log
But it didn’t even occur to me right away:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

To use the Registry Editor, do the following:
Click the Start button, select Run, and type regedit in the Open field.
Locate and highlight the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU
Value: UseWUServer
Value: Set to 1 to tell the Automatic Updates service to use the server running SUS instead of the Windows Update Web site.
Type: Reg_DWORD
Set: 0
