I just can’t figure out how to get through the api VK, the id to whom I am subscribed, can anyone help figure it out?

The first thing to do is to look at the type of error, perhaps there is already a solution.
Check the validity of the token.
Check if your application has access rights: friends.
Check the correctness of the request.
