How to get Vagrant shared folders working on Fedora 21 x86-64?

My configuration:
OS on the host machine: Fedora 21 x86_64
OS on the client machine: Ubuntu Server 12.04 (64 bit)
Shared folders based on NFS are used for data exchange, the problem is that the host system and the guest system cannot, as I understand it establish a working connection. This can be seen, for example, from the following error log:

mount -o 'vers=3,udp' xxx.xx.xx.x:'/home/gffghgv/devstack/edx-platform'    /edx/app/edxapp/edx-platform
Stdout from the command:
Stderr from the command:
stdin: is not a tty
mount.nfs: Connection timed out

This option doesn't work.
