How to get user rating on facebook?

Hello!
I want to get a list of reviews with a rating from users, for this a third-party code using the graph api was already used, but now everything has stopped working correctly, I get a list, but without data about the user himself, only a message and a rating.
I get everything by calling "app_id/ratings", where app_id is the application ID. I give permissions for the used token on the screen. Now I just have no idea why and how to do it so that I would get all the data again, along with the user data (Name, user ID).
