How to get user activity via GitHub API?

Hello. Has anyone worked with the github api ? 
1 - is it possible to see the user's activity in his own private repnik? 
2 - is it possible to somehow filter by user in requests, for example, to receive pull requests? Need information (a list of events, for example) for a specific user in your private repository
