How to get user activity data via VK API?

Hello, is it possible to get data about the user's activity through the VK API when he last did something (like, repost, comment)? The API has a likes.getList method, but for this you need to know the specific object that the user liked. The task is to find users who have shown any activity (not just logged into VK, but did something) over the past few days, these actions themselves do not matter, i.e. it doesn't matter what they liked or commented, what matters is the period of time when they did it the last time.

Something tells me that the VK API can only provide such (but still incomplete) information about users using the application. About a random page - access to likes and most of the activities on the site cannot be obtained through the official API.
