How to get UploadServer using community access key?

I am writing a bot that is supposed to upload photos to a community album, however the photos.getUploadServer method is not available when using a community access key.
Is there really no way to do this without resorting to the use of some applications?

How unavailable? It is possible that not all rights were granted when creating the key? In theory it is possible. And if not, then take a token from the service application (create any iframe of the application and get the key in its settings), or make it from a regular user, for example, using the ID of the official mobile application.
