How to get update from telebot bot?

The user enters a command, the bot should respond immediately after parsing the received message. I use telebot, as far as I know, there are get-post methods in pytelegrambotapi, but I can’t interfere with them with telebot, because there are decorators everywhere and it's hard to get updates because of them. I tried to make requests, the result field in json is always [].
How can this be bypassed?
