How to get Ubuntu Server files from graph. Windows FTP client?

Hello everyone... I need to get full access to the server files (to the root directory) through FileZilla or WinSCP. What library should be used? As far as I know, SFTP on linux can only work between two Linux machines, which doesn't work for me.
