How to get transaction data in Bitrix?

Good day, community!
I ran into such a problem that Bitrix 24 CRM, which I synchronized with my site, receives data in a very strange form in the "Deal".
When placing an order, the user (legal entity) fills in data such as the name of the organization, phone number for communication, etc. But CRM ignores all this data and gets the following in the "Company" category: #13#qwaswas#Vasily (#registered user number #his login #his name).
Can someone tell me in which direction to dig and how to set up data reception?
Bitrix technical support does not give intelligible answers, and I did not find anything useful in the documentation.
