Hello!
There is a site on 1C-Bitrix in the edition "Business".
Cakes are sold to order, respectively, the final weight and amount of the product may vary.
The bottom line is that when a client ordered a cake, for example, with a weight of 1 kg, and the weight turned out to be 1.25 kg, the amount changes.
You need the customer to confirm the order change.
The manager changes the weight of the order, the amount and the status to "Accepted, pending confirmation".
So that the client receives an email notification with a link to confirm the order change.
How can I do that?

You track the change in the status of the order through an event (for example, onSaleOrderSaved) and send an email when the status is set to "Accepted, pending confirmation".
