How to get Toaster's RSS without separate tags?

a dozen popular tags clog half of the RSS feed.
is there a service/api/preparation to filter posts with marked tags?
that is, I registered tags there that are not needed - and they are not shown

There is also a personal RSS. In which only questions from those tags to which you are subscribed.
