How to attach an RSS grabber to a regular php page?

There is a page written in php. You need to attach some kind of RSS grabber to this page in order to broadcast posts from other sites on this page. I used DLE, there is an "informer" function, but it's somehow buggy, or something, I don't know. Decided to refuse. Or is there some light CMS with RSS function? And so that you can easily screw the design
