How to get ticket data from the Russian Railways website?

The question arose ... How do sites like tutu ru, Yandex tickets, etc. get access to Russian Railways data to search for train tickets?
I'm still not good at this ... I wanted to display some data on tickets on my website. WITHOUT the possibility of buying them on my site. A link to the Russian Railways website to the very train that will be displayed on my website and there to buy it.
As far as I could find on the Internet, they give access to such data through the API, but I did not find a word about the API of the Russian Railways website. How, then, do the aforementioned sites get information?
As an example, let's say I want to display on my website all the trains of their MSC, with tickets no more than 3000R, roughly speaking, a list with links to the Russian Railways website for purchasing a ticket.
Is this really possible and how to implement it, approximately? what to read, in which direction to drip?

Thanks in advance for your replies. Please do not scold too much)

Through the free Yandex.Schedules API, you can get data for all types of transport presented on the service:
flight schedules between selected stations;
schedule of flights departing from the specified station;
route indicating travel time and all stops;
contact information of carriers;
list of stations closest to the given point.
