How to get the stream from the user's webcam in the browser and save it on the server?

How to implement this?
The user enters the page in the browser and sees his image from the camera. It has 3 buttons:
1. save a photo (the camera takes a shot) and write it to the pictures folder on the server
2. start video recording / stop
3. save the video (what was recorded) to the videos folder
I found this implementation and this one, but in general, this is the same thing, flash and you can’t remove the confirmation window in any way (it pops up every time) and it’s unclear with saving the video.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Looking forward to any advice.

The confirmation window cannot be removed in any way, otherwise the flash-principle of safe shooting from the user's webcam collapses.
