How to get the phone's IMEI?

Banks have a function that when you change your SIM card, you will not receive SMS. Accordingly, the bank knows the ICCID and, when it changes, blocks sending messages to a new SIM card. Googled that ICCID is transmitted along with the message and is not encrypted in any way and is quietly provided.
Is it really?
Is it possible, when receiving SMS from a client, to find out the IMEI of the phone from which it was sent?

There are no such identifiers.
You were correctly told that the subscriber has only two "unique" identifiers IMEI and IMSI. IMEI identifies the phone and IMSI identifies the number.
By default, the IMEI of the device is known only by the owner himself and the OpSos with whom the subscriber is registered (yes, even in roaming). IMSI is simply a subscriber number in international format (007-914-and so on).
Regarding your question, you need access to OpSoS. He can see by CDR when and in what device this or that SIM card was used.

No, only OpSoS can provide this information and, as far as I remember, only by court order.
Banks do not use IMEI at all, even for mobile banking applications.

Banks do not use imei, but IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) - a unique international subscriber code
. For verification, you can use intermediaries https://smsc.ru/testhlr/

I understand banks don't use IMEI. I'm interested in getting IMEI or another identifier that will show that such and such SMS were sent from the same handset, but from different SIM cards.
