How to change huawei e3531 modem scripts?

Is it possible somehow to open all the sources of the web version of this modem and change them so that it would be displayed on the modem at startup and how can you change anything in it at all, if this is too general a question, give yurls of similar questions or articles or books with a tip on This. thanks in advance

Rather not. All code in such a modem can be hardwired into ROM (Read Only Memory). you can't change it in any way. These modems usually have a small amount of flash memory to store the configuration, but no more.
