How to get the Page Title from the SEO section in Bitrix?

I need to get the "Section title" field from the section settings.

The value must be obtained in the main site template //bitrix/templates/name/header.php.
Now I get the value from $APPLICATION->ShowTitle(), but I can't find how to get exactly the Title, not the meta title.
In the breadscrumb module, it gets the title I need, but it gets it from $arResult[$index]["TITLE"], but in header.php there is nothing in $arResult.
Q: How do I get the header? Or from $APPLICATION or from $arResult, but neither there nor there has not yet found it.
