I rummaged through the documentation - for groups, it seems like there is a group.getInfo method in the REST API if you specify in fields - members_count. And for users - at least kill, but it's impossible to find. Does it exist at all? Only the quantity is needed and it is through the API. As an example of a goal - ok.ru/valeriya.
