How can my photo prove that I am me if the profile is EMPTY (I started it and forgot it) and now I need to create a new one and the phone number is linked to the old one. Of course, you can buy a SIM card and not bathe, but it's a matter of principle - WHY DO THEY NEED A PHOTO ON THE BACKGROUND OF THE SCREEN :)))

They act according to standard instructions, in which just a photo may well help. And for your specific case, it was laziness , another blank in the reply letter did not fit
