How to get the next photo in the album in OK, if I know the id of the previous photo and the id of the album?

Good afternoon!
There is an id of a photo in an album, there is an id of the album itself. How can I get information about the next and/or previous photo in this album?
It is clear that this could be done using the photos.getPhotos method, but it requires knowing the anchor of the current photo. But how to get it? Is it really necessary to sort through the photos.getPhotos method all the photos in the album from the very first one, until we come across the current photo?
