Why won't javascripts run in Internet Explorer 11?

There is a game in iframe. Written by javascript + jquery. Launches and works great in Firefox, Opera, Chrome, etc. But here IE 11 swears "SCRIPT5: Permission denied." Tried to read the MS documentation, and did not understand why it happens.
I suffered with this IE, tried some other games on classmates - the problem also often arises in IE. Also, it often swears at Jquery, for example, at jQuery.parseJSON(); etc. and so on in general. At the same time in other browsers everything is fine. Tell me, who can come across.
