How to get the listview element when there is a sub item?

I have a listview that has a subitem
Does anyone know how to get the value of the title without the sub item?
ListView is populated via
hashmap tttt.setText(resultListView.getItemAtPosition(position).toString());
When trying to do like this, it gives the value and name and subitem
