How to get the list of sections in CIBlockElement::getList?

I need to get a list of infoblock elements (by a certain filter, CIBlockElement::getList()) with a list of all sections that each element belongs to. The "IBLOCK_SECTION_ID" parameter returns only one section. How can i do this?
