Is it possible to somehow get a link to a media topic after it has been published in a group?
In the method mediatopic.getByIds did not find a way

You can’t get a link, but you can create it yourself, knowing the topic id and group id:
https://ok.ru/group/{groupId}/topic/{topicId}
